Dan grew up in Midvale and Sandy, Utah where he attended Midvale Elementary, Union Middle School and Hillcrest

High School.  He participated in soccer and baseball.  Scouting experiences were Cub Scouts and a member of  Troupe 51 as a Boy Scout.

When Dan had the opportunity to attend college, he lived up to his academic potential.  While working for Sauder, he progressed from the warehouse to being a dispatcher.  Throughout his life, he always did things his own way.  Daniel will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
